- At Hoppa, we are committed to providing reliable flyer distribution services. We aim for a 90% or higher completion rate on every distribution campaign to ensure the utmost satisfaction for our clients.
2. Completion Guarantee:
- If the distribution campaign falls below a 90% completion rate, the following conditions will apply:

- If the distribution campaign is 90% completed, and no less, there will be no refund.
- If the distribution campaign falls below 90% but remains at or above 50% completion, you will be eligible for a 50% refund on the distribution service cost.
4. Notification of Concerns:
- To be eligible for any refund or partial refund, you must report any concerns or discrepancies within seven (7) days of the campaign's completion.
5. Refund Process:
- All refund requests must be made in writing via email or through our website's contact form.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid refund request.
6. Exclusions:
- The reliability guarantee does not apply to circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, acts of nature, or any unforeseen events that may affect the distribution process.
7. Modification of Terms:
- Hoppa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing or via email.
8. Termination of Service:
- Hoppa may terminate services or refuse service to any client at our discretion if we determine that it is in the best interest of the company or if the client fails to adhere to our terms and conditions.
